Refunds and Complaints

Claims for goods damaged during transport are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. Later claims will not be considered by the seller. If visible signs of damage are present on the product upon receipt, the buyer may refuse the shipment, and the courier must prepare a report regarding the damaged shipment.

By law, the buyer can return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

The returned product must be unused, intact, packed in the original packaging, and must contain all original accessories, must be in unchanged quantity, and free of any signs of use.

You must notify us in advance at our email address info@lamorix.com. The mandatory attachment for the return is the customer information (name, address, email, contact number, order number, and invoice number for the refund).

You must fill out the online complaint form and be sure to include a sheet with all the above-mentioned information (name, address, email, contact number, order number, and invoice number for the refund) in the package.

The seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The buyer bears the costs of sending the returned goods. The seller does not accept packages with cash on delivery.
