Refunds and Complaints

Complaints for goods damaged during transport are considered within 7 days of receiving the shipment. The seller does not consider later complaints. If signs of damage are visible on the product upon receipt, the buyer can reject the shipment, and the courier must draw up a complaint record regarding the damaged shipment.

According to the law, the buyer can return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

The returned product must be unused, intact, packed in the original packaging and must contain all original accessories, must be in an unchanged quantity and without any traces of use.

You must fill out the online complaint form, and the package must include a sheet with all the information listed above (name, address, e-mail, contact number, order number and invoice number for refund).

The seller will return the purchase price to you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Shipping costs for returned goods are borne by the buyer. Seller does not accept ransom packages.
