General Terms and Conditions

The general conditions of the online store www.lamorix.com are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-business. The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the online store, the user's rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

The company was registered on February 20, 2024, as a limited liability company (d.o.o.). The company is obliged to pay VAT (VAT ID number: SI67900488).

The company LAMORIX d.o.o. operates in accordance with the Act on Electronic Transactions on the Market (ZEPT) and the regulations adopted on its basis.

PRICES AND VAT

All prices listed on the provider's website are final prices. Prices are in euros (EUR) and include the appropriate rate of value added tax - VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The price indicated next to the individual product does not include delivery costs.

Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.

Validity of order/offer

The prices for the selected goods are valid until the validity date of the offer, which is indicated on the order/offer.

Prices and other benefits (discounts, gifts, delivery method, participation in postage...) apply on the day the order is submitted. The original invoice that you receive upon payment or delivered to the email address in connection with the general conditions published on this page and confirmed when the order is placed.

PAYMENT METHODS

The provider allows the following payment methods:

  • Payment upon collection - When paying cash on delivery, you will pay the amount to the delivery service - Pošta Slovenije - upon collection of the package.
  • Payment with MasterCard, Visa and Visa Electron credit cards. We also accept MasterCard debit cards - Payments are made via the STRIPE system (card system). You will not be redirected to another page when making a purchase.
  • Payment via Paypal payment system.

SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS

The provider will deliver the goods within the agreed time to the address specified for delivery.

The delivery time of each order begins on the next working day at 9:00 a.m.

The contractual partner for the delivery of parcels is Pošta Slovenije, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will allow him to fulfill the order more efficiently. All shipments of goods are insured against damage or loss of the shipment.

Delivery method and delivery time

We ship the goods via Pošta Slovenije. All products that are in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. We do not ship goods on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are paid by the client/recipient of the shipment.

The price of delivery to all places within Republic of Slovenia is €3.9, except in cases where the total amount of the order exceeds the free shipping amountthat is listed on the final checkout step subpage, in which case shipping is free as a result. When paying by cash on delivery, the commission may amount to an additional 0.99 euros.

If the customer collects the ordered package at a Petrol service station, Petrol d.d. charges for the service of delivering the package to the customer in the amount of €0.45 for packages without a redemption fee, and €1.50 /strong> for ransom packs. The amount applies to each individual delivered package.

Delivery time

Items have a delivery time of 1 to 3 working days. We will notify you in advance of the delivery date of items that cannot be obtained within the expected period.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of taking over the goods that he withdraws from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. The buyer can download an electronic form for withdrawing from the contract from the website or send any unequivocal statement from which it is clear that he is withdrawing from the contract. In this case, the provider immediately sends the customer by e-mail a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal form on a permanent data carrier.

Store orders accepted www.lamorix.com are treated as irrevocable and will be implemented. After placing an electronic order, the consumer can withdraw within 2 hours based on the withdrawal notification sent to the email address info@lamorix.com

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE PURCHASE, RETURN OF GOODS

Cancellation of the order

The only cost charged to the buyer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). The buyer is considered to have returned the goods on time if he sends them before the 14-day return period expires.

The buyer must return the received goods intact, unused, undamaged and in the same quantity, in the original packaging and with all the components that he received in the shipment, the product must be packed in the shipment in such a way that it is protected against impacts and any obstacles during transport.

Payments will be refunded no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. Refunds are not made in cash. The product to be returned must be unused, untouched, undamaged and in the original packaging with all components.

The return of the received goods to the provider within the contract withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. We do not accept ransom payments!

Order rejection

The lamorix.com store can refuse an order that it finds that it cannot execute under the stated conditions and with the information it has, and the customer cannot request fulfillment of the order, compensation or other form of benefits.

Order processing

The lamorix.com store will start the activities necessary for the execution of accepted orders immediately after receipt. When choosing the option of payment to our TRR, the activities for the execution of the order will flow after the inflow of funds.

Storing the order

The submitted electronic order is stored by the provider. At the consumer's request, he receives a copy of the order by email.

If the buyer returns the received goods, the purchase price will be returned to him no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal from the contract or after receiving the returned goods, namely by money order or to the buyer's personal transaction account. If you wish, we can exchange the goods for another one. There are no cash returns.

Protection of personal data

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user. They will be used exclusively for the needs of order fulfillment (sending informative material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication. Under no circumstances will the user's data be given to unauthorized persons.

By using our website, you also agree to the use of information in the manner and in the cases described above.

The registered user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his username and password.

We use several security and protection systems on our websites, which ensure adequate protection against loss, unwanted modification or misuse of data.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system. The complaint is submitted via e-mail address or in writing to the provider's address. The appeal process is confidential. The provider is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the buyer/consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court. Therefore, the provider makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably or with an out-of-court settlement, but if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana.

OUT OF COURT RESOLUTION OF CONSUMER DISPUTES

The company LAMORIX d.o.o. website visitors and potential and existing customers who have the status of a consumer in the sense of the first paragraph of Article 4 of the ZIsRPS, in accordance with the third paragraph of Article 32 of the ZIsRPS, informs that it does not recognize any IRPS provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that the consumer can start in accordance with this law, which means that any disputes, in the event that the parties fail to resolve them amicably, are resolved before the competent court.

The company LAMORIX doo, as a provider engaged in online sales, publishes on its website a link to the European Commission platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS platform). The platform is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr 

In the company LAMORIX d.o.o. we comply with applicable consumer protection legislation. We will confirm receipt of the complaint as soon as possible and process it within 8 (eight) days from its receipt. We will do our best to resolve any disputes amicably.

Other conditions

The company LAMORIX d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to content and other changes.
